Electrician in Tice & Suncoast Estates, FL

North of the River, Away from the Suburbs

Tice and Suncoast Estates sit along the Caloosahatchee northeast of downtown Fort Myers, older, semi-rural communities with a housing profile closer to Alva than to the newer subdivisions further out:

• Riverfront corrosion: exterior service equipment near the Caloosahatchee ages faster than equipment further inland. The same issue North Fort Myers and Alva deal with.
• Older panel upgrades: a mix of longtime family homes and newer infill means panel age varies widely block to block. See panel upgrades.
• Well-pump generator backup: properties outside municipal water service need a standby generator to keep water pressure along with the lights on during an outage.
• Repairs on older wiring: flickering lights, tripping breakers, and GFCI issues on decades-old circuits. See electrical repair & troubleshooting.

Permits go through Lee County

Tice and Suncoast Estates are unincorporated, so electrical permits and inspections run through Lee County. The contractors we refer pull them as a standard part of the job.
